We use information solely to: respond to inquiries; schedule consultations; maintain records consistent with professional obligations. Form submissions are emailed to jedstablerlaw@gmail.com and archived in our website database via the Flamingo plugin. Communications are retained as required by the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Non-client inquiries may be retained up to 24 months before routine deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

The Firm shares information only with: (a) service providers (hosting, email delivery) bound by confidentiality; or (b) as required by law or court order.
